ISO Training, operated by Jalen Smith-Phillip (“ISO Training,” “I,” or “Coach Jalen”) in Jersey City, New Jersey, takes your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information I collect when you visit www.trainwithiso.com or book a training session, and how I use and protect it.

By using the ISO Training website or booking a session, you consent to the practices described here.

2. Information I Collect

When you book a session or contact me, I collect:

• Your name and email address
• Phone number (if provided for contact or SMS notifications)
• The session type, date, and time you book
• Any health information or notes you voluntarily share before a session (e.g., injuries, fitness goals)

Payment information: All payments are processed through CoachesVault’s secure payment system (powered by Stripe). ISO Training never sees, stores, or handles your full card number or banking information.

Automatically collected: When you visit www.trainwithiso.com, basic technical data is collected by hosting and analytics services (IP address, browser type, pages visited). This helps me understand how the site is used and improve it.

3. How I Use Your Information

I use your information to:

• Confirm and manage your session bookings
• Send booking confirmations and reminders
• Contact you about schedule changes or cancellations
• Provide a safe and effective training experience (e.g., reviewing health notes before sessions)
• Process and record payments
• Respond to your questions or support requests

I do not sell your personal information. I do not share it with marketers or use it for advertising.

4. Children & Minors

ISO Training works with athletes of various ages, including minors. For athletes under 18, I collect a parent or guardian’s contact information for consent, communication, and safety purposes. This information is used only to coordinate the minor’s participation and is not shared with third parties except as described in Section 5.

I do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 without verified parental consent. If you believe your child under 13 has provided information to ISO Training without your knowledge, contact me at jalenphillip12@gmail.com and I will delete it promptly.

5. Sharing Your Information

I share your information only with the following service providers, and only as necessary to operate the booking system:

• CoachesVault: The platform that powers session booking and payment processing. Your name, email, and booking details are stored on CoachesVault’s secure platform. See CoachesVault’s Privacy Policy.
• Stripe, Inc.: Payment processing. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
• Resend / Email providers: For sending booking confirmation emails.

I may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of any person.

6. Health Information

Any health or injury information you share with me before or during training is used solely to provide a safe and appropriate coaching experience. This information is kept confidential and is not shared with any third party (except in a medical emergency where disclosure is necessary to protect your safety).

7. Data Security

I take reasonable steps to protect your information:

• Booking and payment data is secured through CoachesVault’s platform, which uses encrypted HTTPS connections and row-level database security
• Payment card data is never stored — all card processing is handled by Stripe
• Access to your booking information is limited to me and necessary platform personnel

No system is perfectly secure. If a data breach affects your information, I will notify you as soon as possible.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal information I hold about you
• Correction: Ask me to correct any inaccurate information
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information (subject to any legal retention requirements)
• Opt out: Unsubscribe from any non-essential communications at any time

9. Data Retention

I retain booking records and your contact information for as long as we have an active training relationship, and for up to 3 years afterward for business recordkeeping. Financial transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with tax laws. You may request deletion at any time subject to these legal obligations.

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. For significant changes, I will notify you by email if I have your contact information.
