These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and ISO Training, operated by Jalen Smith-Phillip (“ISO Training,” “I,” or “Coach Jalen”), located in Jersey City, New Jersey. By booking a session, purchasing training services, or using the ISO Training website, you confirm you have read and agreed to these Terms.
I reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
IMPORTANT: Athletic training and physical exercise carry inherent risks of injury, illness, disability, or death. Before starting any training program with ISO Training, you must consult a qualified physician or licensed healthcare provider — especially if you have any pre-existing health condition, injury, or medical concern.
Nothing communicated through the ISO Training website, social media, or during sessions constitutes medical advice, injury rehabilitation advice, or a substitute for professional medical care. ISO Training does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition.
By participating in any ISO Training session, you voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks associated with athletic training, including but not limited to: muscular strains, sprains, joint injuries, fractures, cardiovascular events, heat illness, and any other physical harm.
To the fullest extent permitted by New Jersey law, you waive and release ISO Training and Jalen Smith-Phillip from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, and liabilities — including claims arising from negligence — related to training sessions or physical activity conducted through ISO Training.
This waiver applies to you and, where applicable, your heirs, assigns, and legal representatives.
Participants under 18 years of age (“minors”) may only participate in ISO Training sessions with the express written consent of a parent or legal guardian. By providing consent on behalf of a minor, the parent or guardian agrees to these Terms, assumes all risks on the minor’s behalf, and accepts full legal responsibility.
Minors under 13 may not participate without direct parental presence at all sessions.

ISO Training reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to weather, illness, facility issues, or other circumstances beyond my control. In such cases, you will not be charged and a free reschedule will be offered.
All payments are processed securely through CoachesVault (powered by Stripe). By completing payment, you also agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service. ISO Training does not store your payment card information.
Session prices are listed at the time of booking and are subject to change with reasonable notice. All sales are final except as provided in Section 5 above.
ISO Training may photograph or video-record training sessions for promotional, social media, or educational purposes. By attending a session, you consent to the capture and use of your likeness in such materials. If you do not consent, you must notify ISO Training in writing before your session begins, and I will take reasonable steps to exclude you from media captures.
For minors, separate written parental consent is required for any photography or recording.
All participants are expected to:
ISO Training reserves the right to remove any participant from a session — without refund — for disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior.
All training programs, methodologies, content, and materials created by ISO Training are proprietary. You may not reproduce, share, sell, or distribute training programs or content without written permission from Jalen Smith-Phillip.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ISO TRAINING’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR TRAINING SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SESSION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
ISO TRAINING IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes not resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hudson County, New Jersey.
